Our recreational mountain bike rides follow trails that are less technical and more appropriate for beginner to medium level riders.  These rides will give you a chance to improve your skills while offering plenty of time to soak in the amazing mountain valley views.  Even though they are a bit easier, it doesn’t mean they are any less beautiful.  These rides open mountain biking up to almost anyone.

Salida Townie Rides

This is the perfect ride for families or people who want to see and learn about the beautiful town of Salida from a local.  We do this ride on comfortable, geared cruiser bikes and mosey our way through the Historical Downtown District, down the interpretive bike path and anywhere else you’d like to go.  Along the way we’ll tell you stories and legends of the area, including juicy tidbits about Salida’s colorful history as a railroad town.

We can also do historical tours in the Salida area or around Saint Elmo’s ghost town mining district.
